All Products are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, using first class post. Delivery is usually next day within the UK and within a week for the rest of the Europe Union, but this is outside our control.
We guarantee to beat any price you can find online for any product we sell, so if you find in cheaper we would like to know.
We try to reduce our impact on the environment and would like to encourage you to do the same. We simply don't use unnecessary packaging, only enough to protect the earphone.
If for any reason your goods are not up to scratch or develop a fault please contact us to arrange for refund or replacement,at our discretion.

All items are subject to availability, but we don't advertise items we don't have stock of. If items are for any reason unavailable you will be intituled to a full refund.
You can change your order up to moment of dispatch, by email. Errors after this point dispatch should they arise should be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Delivery charges are free for the Europe Union and clearly stated for countries outside.
You will be notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and we will email you again to confirm dispatch. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund in full.
